The Pure Dynamics Phono MM/MC is the result of more than 15 years of experience in designing tube and transistor phono circuits. As a no-compromise design, it is compatible with the lowest output MC cartridges. Soundwise, it is very precise and dynamic, a perfect partner to our reference tube amplifier, the Pure Dynamics 2A3. The separate power supply to minimize noise can be placed at a distance from the unit close to the wall plug. The unit itself should be placed close to the turntable. The output stage is powerful enough to drive cables several meters long, provided low capacitance cable like our Pure Dynamics Yellow cinch cable is used. Two versions use different mains transformers and housings.

The highly sophisticated power supplies are made of two stages: the first is a voltage regulator IC, the second stage uses in total eight Gyrator circuits to provide the cleanest possible power to each active device. MM/MC cartridge is selected by a switch on the back of the device. Input impedance can be adjusted by the user. Non-magnetic housings.
